I must really begin by saying this; "no one is too lost to be saved."

So many times we look inward and we see how sinful we are, at this very point in time the devil tries to cloud our vision towards the manna of Love God the Father has given unto us. The devil makes us dwell so much on the sins we see in ourselves that we actually forget the only begotten Son of God (Jesus), which has been given as a ransom for our sins.

Whenever and everytime we see how sinful we are, we are just a Step away from tapping into the Love of God. And what step are we supposed to take?

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"

Confessing our sins put us in these positions before God;
- we totally accept the fact that we are sinners
- we take responsibilities for our sins
- we see ourselves as a weak vessel in need of help
- and we are humble to seek God for forgiveness

Believe me, our God who is able to give His only begotten Son even when the world did not ask for it, is always Merciful and Just to cleanse us from every form of unrighteousness.

The hope I've been able to acquire from this Bible text is this; if I confess my sins, God will forgive me.
