What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can  be against us?

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It  is God who justifies.

Who is he who condemns? It  is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

*For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.*

Romans 8:31‭-‬39 NKJV

Saturday, 14 October 2017

Only those sinners who choose Christ will be defended by Christ on the Judgement day. And those who denies Jesus will not be defended on the Judgement day.

When the accuser of the brethren (the devil) shows up on the Judgement day to condemn you, if you have chosen Jesus to be your Lord and your defender, He will speak for you before His Father (God)... “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.  But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven."
Matthew 10:32‭-‬33 NKJV

I have chosen Jesus to be my Lord and my savior, I am confessing Jesus before you today and i have faith that He will not deny me on the Judgement day

Dear Brothers and Sisters, i encourage you to confess Jesus today, accept Him as your Lord and your savior, share Him with your family and your loved ones and with those who persecute Him. And you can be rest assured that He will be your defender before our Heavenly Father.

May God bless us with eternal life.
God bless you as you share the message.

Do not forsake me, O Lord ; O my God, be not far from me! Make haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation!
Psalms 38:21‭-‬22 NKJV

May the Lord not Forsake you this month

May His presence not be far from you this month

And May the Lord help you in all areas of your life now and throughout this month.

In Jesus name we pray.

Saturday, 16 September 2017

Oh yes, God speaks to us everyday. Most of us cannot hear Him because we are not listening. We speak to Him in prayers every day but we are always quick to get up after prayers, we do not take a moment to listen to Him after our prayers.

Let us put our imagination to work at this scenario:

I know my dad is awake and he is in his room, i knocked on the door of his room and i went this way;

"Good morning dad, i know you are awake, thank you for the cake you bought for me yesterday, i really enjoyed it.

Please forgive me for not completing the task you gave me yesterday.

I have had so much cakes in the past few weeks, when you go out today, i want you to buy me a box of pizza.

I believe you have heard me and i know you will do it because i have faith in you.

Bye Dad"

After saying all those, i turned my back and i walked away.

The scenario painted up there is exactly how some of our prayers sound like. We are thankful for what He has done before, we pray for forgiveness of our sins, we carefully and humbly make our request but we speedily get up from our prayers and walk away without a reply from God.

Our God is so gracious and wonderful, He answers our prayers speedily without hesitations. He loves us, we are the apple of His eyes, He will provide all our needs according to His riches in glory because we mean so much to him, but as much as He does this for us, He is willing to speak to us.

God is trying to have a personal relationship with us, He speaks to us everytime, we cannot hear Him because we do not listen.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.
Revelation 3:20 NKJV

Our lives will be a lot easier if we listen to God every day.

The next time you pray, ask God to speak to you, open the doors of you heart to Him, take a moment to listen to Him after your prayers, He will speak to you.

God Bless You.

Psalms 29:1‭-‬2 NKJV

Give unto the Lord , O you mighty ones, Give unto the Lord glory and strength. Give unto the Lord the glory due to His name; Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

And so with a heart full of gratitude, we thank You Father for how far You have led us in the year 2017. We thank God for His protections, we give glory to God for providing our need and we glorify the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ for the atoning blood He shed at calvary for the cleansing of our sins.

As we step into the beautiful month of September, may the Lord make all crooked ways straight for us.
May He guide us through each day of the month of September and provide all our needs.
We pray that the Holy Spirit will abide with us throughout this month.

We desire to be more righteous this month, dear Lord let Your Holiness cover our unrighteousness and make us perfect before You.

Thank you Father because you have answered our prayers.

In Jesus Name we pray.

Psalms 121:1‭-‬8 NKJV

  I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord , Who made heaven and earth.

He will not allow your foot to be moved;

He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold,

He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord  is your keeper;

The Lord  is  your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night.

The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.

The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore.

Revelation 22:16‭-‬17 NKJV

“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.” And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

Just come, all you need to do is come, let him who hears come, let him who thirsts come, whoever need everlasting life, let him come to Jesus, the author and finisher of  faith.

This invitation came from Our Lord Jesus Christ. This invitation is not directed to a particular set of people. This invitation is  all. As sinful as i am, i am invited. No sinner is exempted. In fact this invitation is very important for the sinners.

The invitation is not to our damnation but to give us life eternal  (to live with Christ for ever). Out of great Love, Our God sent His Son (Jesus) to die for our sins. Out of Love Christ died for our sins. Out of love He (Jesus) is inviting us to be a part of God's Family.

Come, Let Him who desire life come and drink the water of Life.

Thank you Jesus for this great invitation to reign with You. We pray this day that you take away every form of distractions that may hinder us from honoring this invitation.

Galatians 5:19‭-‬26 NKJV

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

And those who  are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

Ezekiel 34:11‭-‬16 NKJV

‘For thus says the Lord God : “Indeed I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out. As a shepherd seeks out his flock on the day he is among his scattered sheep, so will I seek out My sheep and deliver them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day. And I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country. I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel. I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down,” says the Lord God . “I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong, and feed them in judgment.”

Our Kind and Everlasting Father, we have read your Words and we claim your promises. Dear Lord as we step into  the month of July, Father, please go before us.

Please search and seek us out of our troubles and tribulations

Please deliver us from every bondage and shackles

Please bring us to the promised land in this month. Dear Lord give us a new song and a new testimony.

Please feed us with goodness of life throughout this month and forever. And Give us these blessings in excess.

Make us comfortable in rich pastures this month.

Bring us back to you and do not let your Holy Spirit depart from us.

Dear Jesus, please heal the sick among us and give us Life Eternal.

We thank you because you have answered our prayers because we pray and ask in the name of JESUS.

Numbers 6:24‭-‬26 NKJV

“The Lord  bless you and keep you;

The Lord  make His face shine upon you,

And be gracious to you;

The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,

And give you peace.”

II Peter 1:5‭-‬11 NKJV

  5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge,
  6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness,
  7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.
  8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.
 10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble;
 11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

If these things are yours, you will neither be barren or unfruitful in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
If you do these things you will never stumble
If you do these things, an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

Let us think about it, these things (Faith, virtue knowledge, Self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and Love) are free and they are fruits of the spirit. There are blessings attached to living these things especially an entrance to everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior  Jesus Christ.

God bless you

Proverbs 2:1‭-‬22 NKJV

  1 My son, if you receive my words, And treasure my commands within you,

  2 So that you incline your ear to wisdom, And apply your heart to understanding;
  3 Yes, if you cry out for discernment, And lift up your voice for understanding,
  4 If you seek her as silver, And search for her as for hidden treasures;
  5 Then you will understand the fear of the Lord , And find the knowledge of God.

  6 For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;
  7 He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;
  8 He guards the paths of justice, And preserves the way of His saints.
  9 Then you will understand righteousness and justice, Equity and every good path.

 10 When wisdom enters your heart, And knowledge is pleasant to your soul,
 11 Discretion will preserve you; Understanding will keep you,
 12 To deliver you from the way of evil, From the man who speaks perverse things,
 13 From those who leave the paths of uprightness To walk in the ways of darkness;
 14 Who rejoice in doing evil, And delight in the perversity of the wicked;
 15 Whose ways are crooked, And who  are devious in their paths;
 16 To deliver you from the immoral woman, From the seductress who flatters with her words,
 17 Who forsakes the companion of her youth, And forgets the covenant of her God.
 18 For her house leads down to death, And her paths to the dead;
 19 None who go to her return, Nor do they regain the paths of life.

When wisdom enters your heart, And knowledge is pleasant to your soul,
Discretion will preserve you; Understanding will keep you,
 20 So you may walk in the way of goodness, And keep to the paths of righteousness.
 21 For the upright will dwell in the land, And the blameless will remain in it;
 22 But the wicked will be cut off from the earth, And the unfaithful will be uprooted from it.

Wisdom is very important to live a life that pleases God and blesses the people around us. We all need wisdom and the good news is; wisdom is free, to all who desires it and prayerfully seek the Lord for it.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
James 1:5 NKJV

Our kind and Everlasting Father, we have studied YOUR word today and we see that we need more wisdom to live a life that pleases YOU, we pray this day that YOU bless us with wisdom from above. Grant all our heart desires oh LORD because we ask and pray in JESUS name.

Haggai 2:8‭-‬9 NKJV

‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.”

You said it and we believe it. Silver and Gold and every good thing are Yours oh Lord, therefore as we step into the fifth month of the year 2017 we pray that You will bless us with every good thing that we desire to make our lives meaningful.

We pray that the glory and the blessings of this month shall be greater than that of the previous months.

Give us peace at work, at home, at school, with friends, in our body and with our families.

Heal us from every form of diseases, heal all our friends and families that are down with sickness.

Lead us not into temptation and please deliver us from evil.

In Jesus Mighty Name we pray.

Happy New Month

Hebrews 9:22 NKJV

And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission.

It all started in the Garden of Eden, where Adam and Eve were placed. At the very moment Adam disobeyed God, that was the very moment he discovered he was naked (So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings. Genesis 3:6‭-‬7 NKJV). Sin has a way of bringing shame to the sinner, and in the case of Adam and Eve, the shame came from their nakedness. The only way Adam could think of, was to get some leaves to cover the the shame of nakedness.

That very day, the blood of an animal was shed, just because of the sin of Adam and Eve. Genesis 3:21 says "Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin and cloth them". Let us analyze this; "where is the skin from? From an animal. Can you get the skin form an animal without killing it? I don't think so. Therefore, because of the shame of skin, the blood of an animal was shed to cover the nakedness brought about by sin".

From the fall of man, the only way people make atonement for their sin was by killing animals on behalf of the sinners (without shedding of blood, there is no remission HEB 9:22. Read the book of Leviticus Chapter 16). Out of love for mankind, God sent His only begotten Son (JESUS CHRIST) to come be the Ultimate sacrifice and pay the greatest price of atonement, so that we can be drawn to God again. He shed His blood at Calvary so that we will not need to shed the blood of any other animal before we can be connected to God.

As we celebrate Easter, we need to remember the price paid on our behalf, we need to remember the agony of Christ before the price was paid, we need to imagine what God went through before Christ ultimate price was made, (please read; THE AGONY OF THE ULTIMATE PRICE ). We need to remind ourselves that we need to love God and give our Lives to Him because He loves us by sending Jesus to die for our sins. Without shedding of blood, there is no remission, Christ shed His blood for our remission and we are FREE for ever.

Mark 11:12‭-‬14‭, ‬20‭-‬24 NKJV

 12 Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry.
 13 And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs.
 14 In response Jesus SAID to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it.

 20 Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
 21 And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.”
 22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.
 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever SAYS to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he SAYS will be done, he will have whatever he SAYS.
 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

We really have to speak to all these mountains and nothing will be able to stop us. If you think the fig tree would not have withered if it was cursed or rebuked by either You or I, the you need to read Mark 11:23.

ASSUREDLY is a certainty (fact) word confidently spoken by someone who knows exactly what he's talking about...... Christ knows it is certain.
WHOEVER means anybody, anyone, male, female, adult, children........... You or I
SAYS: the word "says" was mentioned thrice in this VERSE alone.... Christ Himself just spoke softly to the fig tree and it was done.

Verse 24 is for You and I, our prayers means a lot to God. Certainly, Jesus cannot lie to us. The lesson He want us to learn from the incidence of the fig tree is "whenever we pray, we should believe that our prayers has been answered and we will definitely have answers to our prayers.

Whatever Your problem and challenges are, they are not bigger than God.... Speak to your problems, do it without doubt and they shall be home.

Our Kind and Everlasting Father, we thank You for the Love You've shown us since the beginning of the year 2017.

Dear Lord as we step into the month of April,

we pray that You go before us,

We pray that You order our steps in this month.

This month of April, We want to see You more clearly, Love You more dearly and we want to follow You more nearly.

You know our heart desires/needs, dear Lord Bless us according to Your riches in glory.

See us through this month and fill our mouths with Testimonies.

II Timothy 4:1‭-‬5 NKJV

 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: (NOTE: nobody knows the day and the hour Jesus will appear and the kingdom of God will come. Therefore let us be prepared and let us prepare people around us for this glorious return and for the kingdom)

Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. (NOTE: When we preach the word, it is a blessing into us. It helps us to be ready for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, we have to convince and rebuke our brothers and sisters just to prepare them for the glorious return of Jesus. In Matthew 10:32 Jesus said "if you confess me before men I will confess you before God who sent me)

 3 & 4
 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. (NOTE: that time is already here, we need to teach them sound doctrines firmly rooted in the bible. II Timothy 3:16‭-‬17 NKJV; All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.)

But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

Let us do this together, it is our duty. Our Lord Jesus Christ commanded us to do so (And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.  Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
Matthew 28:18‭-‬20 NKJV)

God bless you

Jesus was speaking here:

Matthew 10:27‭-‬33 NKJV

 27 “Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, PREACH on the housetops.
 28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will.
 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
 31 Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.
 32 “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
 33 But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.

Our Kind and Everlasting Father, we pray this day that you take the spirit of fear away from us and fill us up with Your Holy Spirit so that we can confess Jesus as the Lord and Savior to everybody around us. Strengthen us to preach the Gospel and use us to win more souls to the kingdom of heaven. In Jesus Name we Pray.

Matthew 5:43‭-‬48 NKJV

 43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor  and hate your enemy.’
 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,
 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?
 47 And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so?
 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

Matthew 5:21‭-‬26 NKJV

 21 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.’
 22 But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, ‘Raca!’ shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of hell fire.
 23 Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you,
 24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.
 25 Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison.
 26 Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till you have paid the last penny.

Psalms 16:8‭-‬11 NKJV

  I have set the Lord always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.
  Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will rest in hope. For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
  You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Sunday, 5 March 2017

The answer to the bible quiz is "MOSES' MOTHER" (Jochebed as explained in the book of Numbers). That was very simple.

A very big "THANK YOU" to everyone who participated in the quiz. Those who used the comment box and those who just whispered the answer and moved on with their daily activity.

Although her name was not mentioned during the birth of Moses but her Heroic display of Faith in God taught us some great lessons.

1. WILLINGNESS TO TAKE RISKS: at the time she gave birth to Moses there was a decree that every male new born among the Hebrews should be killed. She risked both her life (for disobeying the decree) and the life of her child by keeping him for 3 months.

2. SHE SPICED HER FAITH WITH GREAT WORK: when she could no longer keep the boy, she took an ark (boat) and made sure its waterproof (daubed with asphalt and pitch), then she put Marian at a distance to keep an eye on her younger brother. She set the boy in the reeds (water plants) and that means the water current cannot make the boat sail away.

3. THE REWARD WAS BOUNTIFUL: Trust me when I say this, God does not disappoint us when He sees our Faith and our works. Although Pharaoh decreed to kill the Hebrew's male children, yet God used Pharaoh's own daughter to save that very child whose mother has shown great Faith.

God filled Pharaoh's daughter's heart with compassion for the child. She recognised the child belongs to the Hebrews, yet she was willing to employ an Hebrew woman to nurse the child and she was willing to pay the Nurse for the service.

During the hardship faced by the Isrealites in Egypt, she risked her life to protect her child, and she was paid to raise her own child which she risked everything for, that REWARD was BOUNTIFUL. WHAT A MIGHTY GOD WE SERVE.

Read the story

Exodus 2:1‭-‬10 NKJV
And a man of the house of Levi went and took as  wife a daughter of Levi. So the woman conceived and bore a son. And when she saw that he was a beautiful child, she hid him three months. But when she could no longer hide him, she took an ark of bulrushes for him, daubed it with asphalt and pitch, put the child in it, and laid it in the reeds by the river’s bank. And his sister stood afar off, to know what would be done to him. Then the daughter of Pharaoh came down to bathe at the river. And her maidens walked along the riverside; and when she saw the ark among the reeds, she sent her maid to get it. And when she opened it, she saw the child, and behold, the baby wept. So she had compassion on him, and said, “This is one of the Hebrews’ children.” Then his sister said to Pharaoh’s daughter, “Shall I go and call a nurse for you from the Hebrew women, that she may nurse the child for you?” And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Go.” So the maiden went and called the child’s mother. Then Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, “Take this child away and nurse him for me, and I will give you your wages.” So the woman took the child and nursed him. And the child grew, and she brought him to Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. So she called his name Moses, saying, “Because I drew him out of the water.”

I Timothy 1:15 NKJV

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.

James 4:8 NKJV

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Our kind and Everlasting Father, we thank you for how far you have led in the year 2017, in the first two months we had our share of ups and downs. Nevertheless we remember to count our blessings in the past two months

As we sweetly glide into the month of March we want to commit our ways into your safe hands, Dear Lord we pray that you guide us from above. Please forgive our sins and give us a new Life.

We pray for Your Holy Spirit to come upon us afresh

In this month of March, Dear Lord give us a New heart. Give us the ability to draw near to You and we want You to draw near to Us.

Teach us to cleanse our hearts from sins and purify our heart.

We want to be Holier than what we used to be.

Teach us to Love each other dearly.

In Jesus Name we pray.

I am a woman of Faith, I was paid to Nurse my own child. Who am i?

Monday, 20 February 2017

Matthew 9:27‭-‬31 NKJV

When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying, “Son of David, have mercy on us!” And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.” Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”  And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, “See that no one knows it .”  But when they had departed, they spread the news about Him in all that country.

What is that mountain in your life that you've been praying about every day and night? What is that problem that has been giving you anxiety? What is that health conditions that the doctors said it has to be a part of you till you die? What is the problem with that child that has been making you cry? What is the obstacles in your business and your relationships? ......think about everything bothering you

Do you believe that Jesus Christ, the son of the Living God can help you and your situation? If you believe, then say it into the Lord one more time in prayer and it shall be into you according to your Faith.

Father we believe and with Faith we pray this day about our problems, we believe you can help us and that's why we call upon the name of Jesus. Dear Lord, let there be testimonies.

In Jesus Mighty Name we pray.

I Corinthians 1:26‭-‬30 NKJV

 26 For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.
 27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;
 28 and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are,
 29 that no flesh should glory in His presence.
30 But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption—

You remember when God chose Moses to lead His people out of the captive, Moses was nobody, He sees himself as unworthy (he murdered an Egyptian) of the task and he tried to weave the task by reminding God that he stutters. But we all know that this same Moses who ran from Egypt as a murderer became a great leader and he saw God face to face and He was even buried by God himself.

The call of prophet Jeremiah followed the same suit. When he was called, Jeremiah was trying to weave the task as a mouthpiece of God. He knows the people God want him to deal with. They are older and more knowledgeable than him, how can he convince them? He tried remind God that he is a very young boy and he does not know how to speak...God sanctified him and touched his lips then Jeremiah became one of the greatest prophet who speaks for God throughout his life (Jeremiah 1:4-10)

You do not have to be skilled my brethren. You do not have to look down on yourself and think to yourself that you cannot preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Verse 27 and 28 of 1 Corinthians reminds us that not matter how weak we are spiritually God can use us even more than he can use the people who are spiritually stronger than us.

My message here is to encourage us to submit ourselves to be used by the Almighty. If God used Moses, if God used Paul, who was destroying the work of God by killing Christians to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and win souls for the Kingdom, then You and I can also be used.

Our kind and Everlasting Father, we thank You for the opportunity You gave us this day to know that You can use us to do mighty things.

We know We are weak but You are strong, we humble ourselves before You this day, we submit ourselves to You this day to be used for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We pray that You come upon us and become our wisdom and we pray that You touch our lips and fill it with your word.

We Love You Lord, We believe You have answered this prayers.

In Jesus Name we pray

John 1:1‭-‬18 NKJV

  1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
  2 He was in the beginning with God.
  3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
  4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
  5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
  6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
  7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.
  8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
  9 That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.
11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
15 John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.’ ”
16 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given through Moses, but  grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

Let us start from the beginning, lets do some quick analysis here;

from the very first verse.
In the beginning was the WORD
the WORD was with GOD
the WORD was GOD

Still talking about the WORD, verses 2 and 3 confirmed that the WORD was GOD. GOD created the heavens and earth (you remember Genesis chapter 1 to 3), John 1:2-3 said "HE was in the beginning with GOD and all things were made through HIM".

Let us quickly analyze verse 14 of this chapter "and the WORD became flesh and dwelt among us". Do you remember the prophecy of prophet Isaiah? in Isaiah 7:14 NKJV "therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a Son and he shall be called Immanue". Matthew 1:23 NKJV "behold, a virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated "GOD WITH US"".

The WORD was GOD
the WORD became flesh and DWELT AMONG US......IMMANUEL = GOD WITH US

God visited man in the Garden of Eden before the fall of man. Adam enjoyed a direct and face to face interactions with God before sin brought the darkness that separated men from His creator. Because of the Great Love that our God has for us, He came (as JESUS, IMMANUEL) to dwell among men for a period of time, during this period, He conquered sin and he showed us the way to life eternal (no wonder verse 4 said "in Him was life").

The message from here is all about the Love of God for mankind. God created us in His Image, sin came into this world to mar the beautiful work of God and to completely separate us from our maker. Yet, our God so love the World, that He gave His only begotten Son (Jesus = Immanuel) to die for our sins that we may be reunited to our maker and Whosoever (black, white, caucasian, asians........) believes in Him will not perish, but have Everlasting life.

Verses 11-13 told us of how Jesus He came to His own people and they did not receive Him. But to those who received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

As we learn about the WORD today do not be like those who did not receive HIM. The Bible says those who received him to them He gave the right to become the children of God. Receive the WORD, preach about the WORD and let us win more souls to the kingdom of God.

And my senior friend shared this and I just have too do same...

*He stood up to teach in our midweek service. The first thing he asked the church to do was to go ask someone "How was your day?".*

*Everyone went around asking, shaking and patting each others back. Some even hugged themselves!*

*I smiled as I saw it all.* *Guess what, no one came to the pastor to ask that simple question 'How was your day?'. Yet! he was tired and it had been a really hard day for him.*

*Pastors and Medical doctors may have something in common- people believe they are fine as long as they are breathing!*

*You are quick to ask your pastor "Are you praying for me?" But have you ever told him "I am praying for you".*

*You know how to accuse the pastor of not visiting you but have you ever stopped by to check on him and his family?*

*You tell the pastor that you are going on vacation but have you ever wondered when last he had a break?*

*Your pastor smiles at you telling you "It is well with you" when at times, it is a prophecy for himself.*

*A pastor can officiate a wedding just after consoling a bereaved family (Can you imagine that emotional switch- yet he must be stable).*

*Your pastor is human too! Trust me, there are days he did not feel like coming to church but he still did! Some of the lovely suit covers the pains.*

*I have seen pastors quit because of depression (true!). Everyone knows how to fault a Pastor but not many know he has pains of his own. Everyone know how to judge a Pastors action but not everyone want him to discipline them even if its part of his job!*

*You can put a smile on your pastor!! Appreciate your Pastor. Buy gifts for your pastor and his family too. Send words and messages of love and encouragement to him. Seriously, when last did you call your Pastor just to wish him well and ask how he is?Distance is not a barrier!!!!!*

*Remember, he has the onerous job of watching over your spiritual well being. The happier and more stable he is, the better he will discharge his duties! Help your Pastor to succeed!*

*I have simply told you what some Pastors may never say!. Trust me! You can start by sharing this with others!*

*God bless our Pastors!

Deuteronomy 28:3‭-‬8 NKJV

“Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be  in the country.

“Blessed shall  be  the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

“Blessed shall  be your basket and your kneading bowl.

“Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.

“The Lord  will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.

“The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.

Isaiah 40:6‭-‬8 NKJV

  6 The voice said, “Cry out!” And he said, “What shall I cry?” “All flesh is grass, And all its loveliness is like the flower of the field.
  7 The grass withers, the flower fades, Because the breath of the Lord blows upon it; Surely the people are grass.
  8 The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.”

All flesh is like grass (which withers) and all its loveliness is like flower (which fades), no flesh lives forever. While we blossom and flourish like leaves and flowers that withers and fades away, the Word of God stands forever (Amen).

To live forever is possible and thats what i want to share in this post. All you need is the Living Word of God constant Living in you. This is the only assurance of Everlasting Life (to live forever).

The Living Word of God is Jesus. Let me quickly tell you how Jesus is the Living Word of God:
John 1:1‭-‬5 NKJV

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

And verse 14 says;
John 1:14 NKJV
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father (the only begotten Son, Jesus), full of grace and truth.

God want us to live forever to his Glory. For God so Love the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believe in Him (the Son) should not perish, but have Everlasting Life.

The only way to live forever is to believe in the Son God, the Living Word of God that will continually live when all flesh shall wither and fade away.

Our kind and Heavenly Father, we humble ourselves before the throne of Grace this day as we seek Your face. We know that You love Us and thats why You gave us Your Son to die for our sins, we believe in Jesus we appreciate His love to us, we open our hearts to Him this day and we pray that He (the Living Word of God) dwells in our heart from this day forward.

Dear God, please Bless Us with everlasting life. In Jesus Name we Pray.

Acts 2:17‭-‬21 NKJV

  17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.
  18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.
  19 I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
  20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord .
  21 And it shall come to pass That  whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.

Dear Lord, we pray in Jesus name that you pour out Your Spirit afresh upon us so that every time we call upon the name of the Lord we shall be saved.

John 15:9‭-‬17 NKJV

  09 “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
  10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
  11 “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.
  12 This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
  13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
  14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
  15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.
  16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
  17 These things I command you, that you love one another.

I will love to share two great things from this bible text;

The Father (God) LOVES the Son (Jesus), the Son LOVES Us and He (Jesus) commanded Us to LOVE one another.

The way the Father Loves Christ, that is thesame way Christ Loves Us.

The only way we can abide in this Love is by keeping Christ's commandments because Christ also kept God's commandments and He abide in the fullness of God's Love.

Out of Love, Jesus shared the chain of Love with us so that His Joy will remain in us and if we do our part (in the chain) very well, that our Joy may be full.

The Love of the Father to Jesus is Constant and the Love of Jesus to Us is also constant. The only way to keep this Chain of Love intact is by following the commandment of Jesus as seen in verse 12 and 17. The extent to which we can show this love was described in verse 13. Although we cannot die (literary death....a sinner cannot die for another sinner) for one another but we can be selfless for one another.

This chain must not be broken, it started from the Father (our Creator), it extended to the Son (our Savior) and it continues unto us. We ought to Love one another, that the joy of the savior may remain in us, that our Joy may be full and that whatever we ask God, in the name of Jesus may be done for us (as seen in verse 16).

Ponder on this and do everything to sustain the Chain.

Please share this message with your loved ones.

God bless you.

John 15:1‭-‬8 NKJV

  1 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
  2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
  3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
  4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
  5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
  6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
  7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
  8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

One thing i am 100% sure of is the fact that; God does not lie and He does not give false hope or false promises. A condition was given in John 15:7 "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." this is a very clear condition and in it we can clearly see the secret to get answers to our prayers.

If You and I abides in Christ and His words abides in us, we will ask what we desire and it shall be ours. To abide in Him means total surrender of our lives to Him (asking him to take the wheels of our lives and drive us) and we doing our possible best to obey His commandments and totally stay away from sin (this is 100% possible if we allow the Holy spirit in us). To make His words abide in us is to be closer to our bible by inviting the Holy Spirit to minister to us every time we study His words.

Ponder on this and act accordingly and before you call upon Him, He will answer, before you ask He will provide your needs.

God bless you.

Psalm 126:3‭-‬6 NIV

  3 The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.
  4 Restore our fortunes,  Lord , like streams in the Negev.
  5 Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.
  6 Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.

God will bless all our efforts with great success in this month in Jesus Name.

This is the Word of the Lord to You and I as we step into the new year:

God says:

I will go before you and will level the mountains ; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron.  I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord , the God of Israel, who summons you by name.
Isaiah 45:2‭-‬3 NIV

So my dear Brothers and Sisters,

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
Deuteronomy 31:8 NIV

Remeber to surrender your life completely to God and His promises will not fail over you.
Have a Testimony filled Year.
